The math ancestry explorer provides a way to find notable mathematicians in anyone's advisorial ancestry.
In the search box enter key words for the mathematician of interest, e.g. their name, to get a list of known mathematicians.
Clicking on any result will take you to a tree of their notable ancestry.
Mathematicians with Wikipedia pages are labeled in orange, where darker orange corresponds to a notion of notoriety.
All other mathematicians are labeled in black.
Hovering over a node will reveal the name, orange nodes will provide links to their Wikipedia page to find more information.
