Function splitNodeSize

splitNodeSize<N, L>(nodeSize): readonly [NodeLength<N, L>, NodeLength<N, L>]
split a NodeSize into x and y NodeLengths

This allows you to split a NodeSize into independent x and y accessors.

The only real reason to use this would be to run the steps of sugiyama independently.
